Our FAQ section contains the most frequently asked questions from our customers. If your question isn't covered, please contact us directly at contact@clemanto.com . Our team will respond as soon as possible.
Order
To track your package, if you have opted for tracked delivery, you will receive a tracking code by email to the address associated with your order. You can also log in to your customer area.
All orders are processed and shipped by 3 p.m. You can therefore send us your cancellation request before 3 p.m. to the following email address: contact@clemanto.com
After this deadline, the procedures will be launched and we will unfortunately no longer be able to stop the process.
You will therefore have to wait until you receive your package to make a return request within 14 days.
If your order has arrived in poor condition and is defective, we invite you to contact our team by email at contact@clemanto.com as soon as you receive your package.
Please describe the problem you have noticed and attach photos so we can see the fault.
We will then tell you what steps to take to ensure a new item is shipped again.
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery method is yours to choose!
For France:
- Tracked Letter: Home delivery within 24 to 96 hours. Delivery costs: €2.99 (Free for orders over €50).
- Colissimo to a Relay Point: Delivery to a relay point within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery costs: €4.99.
- Colissimo Home Delivery: Home delivery within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery fee: €6.99.
- Chronopost 24h: Next-day home delivery before 1 p.m. for all orders placed before 3 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery fee: €19.99.
For Belgium:
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to a relay point within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery costs: €3.99 (free for orders over €50).
- Tracked Letter: Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery costs: €4.99.
- Colissimo Home Delivery: Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery fee: €7.99.
All orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If your order is placed after 3 p.m., your package will be shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All your orders are shipped from our premises in France. Every day, our logistics team prepares, packs, and ships your packages!
Return & Refund
Despite our best efforts, the product does not fully satisfy you. No problem, you have 14 days to request a return by clicking here.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer except for damaged or defective products.

Once your order has been refunded, please allow 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
Payment
You can make your purchases on www.clemanto.com using the following payment methods:
Bank card
PayPal (cash payment and payment in 4 installments)
At Clemanto, your purchases are made in complete security.
The information transmitted during payment is transmitted securely and encrypted directly to the duly approved Stripe or Paypal banking server.
The collection and storage of your credit card information is provided by Stripe or Paypal with your consent.
Under no circumstances does Clemanto store or have access to your bank details.
We offer 4-time payment installments with our partner Paypal.
To do this, simply choose to pay with PayPal when paying for your order, log in to your PayPal account, and you will see a 4-installment payment option.
Payments in 4 installments are available for eligible basket values between €30 and €2,000.
