Delayed delivery and refund conditions: For any order placed before 3:00 p.m. with Chronopost 24h delivery, Colissimo to a Relay Point and Colissimo to Home, in the event of a late delivery, you have the possibility to request a refund of the delivery costs. The claim must be made within three (3) calendar days from the actual delivery date. After this period, no refund request will be considered. In the event of a valid and accepted claim, the refund will be made in the form of a credit note that can be used on a future order.

Return policy
We strive to provide you with impeccable products and service. However, sometimes the product you receive may not be suitable for you. You can therefore return it to us.
Return conditions:
You have 100 days from the date of delivery of your package to request a return for a refund to the original payment method.
To be accepted, the product(s) must:
- Not having been used
- Be in their original packaging(s)
- Be in the same condition as when you received them
Products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted, no exceptions will be possible. A product returned without a copy of the invoice or order confirmation or outside the withdrawal period will not be considered. Reimbursement by bank transfer or credit card will be made within 15 days to the bank account of the customer (same name, same address) who placed the order.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of a product with a manufacturing error or product defect for which Clemanto is liable.
Once the withdrawal declaration has been sent to Clemanto, at the latest within 100 days of receiving your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to Clemanto within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 15 days of validation of the withdrawal declaration.
